
Tried because it’s true! I’m sorry to report these meatballs are actually very delicious and you really should go :)
Others:
Freya + soder restaurant: good food and great views
Sitting/eating/drinking outside in sodermalm: in SoFo on skanegatan (bar agrikultur), or near Slussen station which has great views of the city
Skansen Museum: Nordic history, beautiful views, Sweden of yesteryear
Eating choklabollar: these no-bake chocolate ball snacks (oats, butter, sugar, coconut, coffee) were a revelation. They are simple, but I still dream of them.
Archipelago trip: 10000% recommend getting out of the city, staying on an island, and enjoying their vast ferry network (and the stunning scenery that accompanies it)
Ferries: speaking of ferries…taking the ferries, whenever possible, in Stockholm. Very scenic, and often most convenient way, to move between certain points of interest. E.g. Djurgarden to sodermalm
Fika: embrace fika while you’re there, eat all the buns, carry the spirit of fika home with you after
